TEMPLATE_AUTHOR //
The template author (Frankie at framer-expert.com) does not collect, store, process, or use any data submitted through this template. All form submissions, analytics, and user data flow directly from your published site to the services you configure (Formspree, your analytics provider, your email provider, etc.). The template is delivered as-is — no telemetry, no tracking, no data pipeline back to me.
If you contact me directly at hello@framer-expert.com for support, I'll only use that email to respond to you. I don't add support contacts to mailing lists or share them with third parties.
WHAT_WE_COLLECT //
FORM SUBMISSIONS — When you register for a webinar or send a contact message, we collect your name, email, and any other fields you fill in. This data is sent to a form processing service (Formspree by default) and stored there until you request deletion.
ANALYTICS — Aggregated and anonymized data about page views, traffic sources, and device type. No personally identifying information is collected through analytics.
TECHNICAL DATA — Standard server logs (IP address, browser, timestamp) collected automatically by the hosting provider for security and debugging.

Process webinar registrations and respond to messages
Send confirmation emails and webinar access links
Improve the site based on usage patterns
Comply with legal obligations
We don't sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties.
THIRD_PARTY_SERVICES //
Some site functions are handled by external providers:
FRAMER — Hosting and core site infrastructure
FORMSPREE — Form submission processing
ANALYTICS PROVIDER — Traffic measurement (if enabled)
EMAIL PROVIDER — Webinar communications (if enabled)

IMAGES_AND_MEDIA //
Demo imagery used throughout the template is sourced from Unsplash under their license. An Unsplash+ subscription is required to use the specific images included in the template purchase. Replace demo images with your own licensed assets before publishing.
YOUR_RIGHTS //
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
Access the data we hold about you
Request correction or deletion
Withdraw consent for processing
Object to specific uses
Request a copy of your data in portable format
Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority

DATA_RETENTION //
Form submissions are kept for as long as needed to fulfill the request and any legal obligations. Analytics data is retained per the analytics provider's policy. You can request deletion at any time.
CHILDREN //
This site is not directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we'll delete it.
CHANGES //
This policy may be updated. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the site.
