OVERVIEW //
These terms govern your use of this template and the resulting site. By purchasing, downloading, or using the template, you agree to what's written here.
This is a starting-point document — buyers operating their own site should adapt these terms to match their actual business and have them reviewed by a lawyer where required.
TEMPLATE_LICENSE //
When you purchase the template through the Framer Marketplace, you receive a license to:
Use the template for one published website per purchase
Modify the template's design, code, and content for your own use
Sell or transfer the resulting website as part of a business sale
You may not:
Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the template itself
Share the template files publicly or with non-licensed parties
Use the template to create derivative templates for resale
Claim authorship of the original template design
The Framer Marketplace license terms apply in addition to these. Where the two conflict, Framer's marketplace terms take precedence.
INTELLECTUAL_PROPERTY //
The template's design, code components, and structural decisions remain the intellectual property of the template author. Your purchase grants usage rights, not ownership.
Demo content (text, image placement, fictional speaker names, sample webinars) is provided to illustrate functionality. Replace demo content with your own before publishing.
IMAGES_AND_LICENSING //
Demo imagery is sourced from Unsplash. An Unsplash+ subscription is required to use the specific images included in the template purchase. The template author does not grant rights to Unsplash content — those rights come from your own Unsplash subscription. Replace demo images with your own licensed assets where appropriate.
SERVICES_BUILT_ON //
The template integrates with third-party services that have their own terms:
FRAMER — Hosting and infrastructure
FORMSPREE — Form submission processing
UNSPLASH — Demo imagery
ANALYTICS PROVIDERS — If enabled by the buyer
The template author isn't responsible for changes to these services, their pricing, their availability, or their terms of use.
SUPPORT //
Email support is available at hello@framer-expert.com for setup questions, bug reports, and reasonable customization guidance. Support is provided on a best-effort basis and is not subject to a service-level agreement.
Support does not include:
Custom development beyond the template's scope
Help integrating with services not listed in the documentation
Ongoing maintenance of your published site
Recovery from changes you've made to the template code
WARRANTIES //
The template is provided as-is. The template author makes no warranties about fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or compatibility with future Framer updates.
Reasonable effort has been made to test the template across modern browsers and devices, but performance on your specific setup is not guaranteed.
LIABILITY //
To the extent permitted by law, the template author is not liable for:
Lost revenue, data, or business arising from use of the template
Damages caused by third-party services the template integrates with
Modifications you or your developers make to the template code
Failures caused by hosting, network, or browser issues outside the template
Your maximum recourse is limited to the amount you paid for the template.
REFUNDS //
Refund requests are handled by the Framer Marketplace per their refund policy. The template author does not process refunds directly.
CHANGES //
These terms may be updated. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the template after a change implies acceptance of the new terms.
GOVERNING_LAW //
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the template author resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
