She began her career as a product designer and quickly realized the power of systematic design thinking. At Design Systems Inc., she leads a team dedicated to helping organizations scale design sustainably. Sarah has spoken at major design conferences including Design Systems Summit and AIGA Eye on Design. Her work has been featured in Communication Arts and Design Observer. She's passionate about making design systems accessible to teams of all sizes and believes great design systems accelerate innovation while maintaining quality. Outside of work, she mentors junior designers and contributes to open-source design tools.
